How long does delivery take?
Our delivery process takes place in two stages:
1、Processing Time (1–2 business days)
After your order is placed, we confirm it, carry out quality control and pack your items.
Within 12–48 hours, your order will be reviewed and released for shipping.
We then hand your parcel over to our logistics centre, and you'll receive a tracking number.
2、Shipping Time
United States / Canada / Europe: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping times may be subject to minor delays due to customs inspections or unforeseen weather conditions.

Cancelling an Order
Cancellations are possible within 6 hours of order confirmation. After that, your package may already be in processing or on its way to you.
Where is my parcel?
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
In rare cases, deliveries may be split – for example, due to high demand for certain models.
