At ebmini® – your online shop for healthy and natural barefoot shoes for children – your satisfaction is our top priority. If our products don’t fit or do not meet your expectations, you are of course entitled to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the delivery service) receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments made, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction – with no extra fees.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment.

For organisational reasons, we do not publish a general return address on the website.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tip: For items over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund
Once we have inspected your return and confirmed everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive:

visibly damaged goods
manufacturing defects
